The initial valuation, provision of a 'for sale' sign, all photographs, professionally produced brochures, advertising on our website, forwarding of property details to all prospective purchasers on our mailing list, accompanied viewings (if required) and advertising on PropertyNews.com, PropertyPal.com and Visionpropertyagents.co.uk.
- We have extended opening hours designed to suit you:
- 9.00am - 5.30pm Mon, Wed, Fri,
- 9.00am - 7.30pm Tue & Thurs
- 9:00am - 12:00pm on Saturdays
- We can assist in all matters involved with the sale and purchase of your property. This includes financial advice, legal advice and removals.
- Our research has shown that both buyers and sellers get frustrated at the lack of information provided over the course of the sale. We offer a simple guarantee - to keep you fully informed at all times.
- We plan to run special offers continually throughout the year and these will include significant discounts to our fee or offers designed to help you through the house moving process. If you have any ideas for special offers let us know.
- As part of our 'open and honest policy' our documentation, brochures, website and fees are designed to be clear and easily understood. We also keep an 'Offer Book' at our office which is available for inspection at any time.
