Marketing the property
Once you have confirmed that we are to market your property, one
of our experienced team members will arrange to visit. Full details
and a number of photographs will be taken in order to present the
property in the most effective way and enable you to find a suitable
tenant in the shortest time possible. Your property will be advertised
on our website, propertynews and the details will be forwarded immediately
to our list of potential tenants.
Viewings
We carry out accompanied viewings and these can be conducted by
appointment between 9am – 7.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am –
5pm Friday and 9am - 2pm on Saturdays.
Finding a suitable tenant
Vision will find a suitable tenant for your property and will apply
for references and credit checks on your behalf. If the tenant proves
to be acceptable we proceed to the next stage.
Tenancy agreement
We prepare all the relevant documentation and produce a contract
which is signed by both parties.
Inventory
An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually
produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied
to both landlord and tenant.
Rent and deposit
We collect the rent on your behalf and secure a deposit from the
tenant to safeguard against damage. At the end of the tenancy we
will inspect the property and the costs of any work attributed to
the tenant will be deducted from the deposit.

We provide a full property management service at a cost
of only 8% of the monthly rent. Contact
