The initial valuation, provision of a ‘for sale’ sign, all photographs, professionally produced brochures, advertising on our website, forwarding of property details to all prospective purchasers on our mailing list, accompanied viewings (if required) and advertising on PropertyNews.com, PropertyPal.com and Visionpropertyagents.co.uk.

OUR SERVICE

  • We have extended opening hours designed to suit you
    9.00am - 5.30pm Mon, Wed, Fri, 9.00am – 7.30pm Tue & Thurs and 9:00am–12:00pm on Saturdays.

  • We can assist in all matters involved with the sale and purchase of your property. This includes financial advice, legal advice and removals.

  • Our research has shown that both buyers and sellers get frustrated at the lack of information provided over the course of the sale. We offer a simple guarantee –
    to keep you fully informed at all times.
